These terms govern your use of the Jungle Brothers Promotion website and your attendance at our events. By using this site or buying a ticket or token, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Jungle Brothers Promotion (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an events company based in Nairobi, Kenya. We organise live events including big-screen sports viewing, hospitality and entertainment.

2. Tickets, tokens & entry

  • Entry conditions, prices and any drinks tokens are as stated on the relevant event page at the time of purchase.
  • A valid booking confirmation may be required for entry. We may refuse entry where a booking cannot be verified.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving unlawfully, dangerously or in a way that affects others' enjoyment.
  • Age restrictions and identification requirements, where they apply, will be stated on the event page.

3. Payments

Payments are processed via M-Pesa and any other methods stated at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring payment details are correct. We are not liable for charges arising from incorrect details supplied by you.

4. Changes & cancellations

Event details (including dates, times, line-ups and fixtures) may change for reasons beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes. Our approach to refunds is set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Conduct at events

You must comply with venue rules, the law and the instructions of event staff and security at all times. Illegal substances, weapons and anti-social behaviour are not permitted.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage to personal property, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Jungle Brothers name, logo, text and imagery — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
