Refund & Ticket Policy

Tickets and tokens are generally non-refundable once purchased, except as set out below or where required by law. Please check event details carefully before booking.

If we cancel an event in full, you will be offered a refund of the amount you paid, or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date where one is offered.

Minor changes to timings, fixtures or line-ups do not entitle you to a refund. Where a change is significant, we will communicate your options.

Where permitted for an event, you may transfer your booking to another person by contacting us in advance with the new attendee's details.

Where a refund applies, contact us via our contact page with your booking details and M-Pesa confirmation. Approved refunds are made to the original M-Pesa number used for payment.
