Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains how Jungle Brothers Promotion collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website or book an event, in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

1. What we collect

  • Booking details — your name, phone number and email address when you reserve tickets or tokens.
  • Payment information — M-Pesa confirmation details you share to verify payment. We do not store your M-Pesa PIN.
  • Usage data — basic, non-identifying information about how the site is used (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How we use it

  • To process and confirm your bookings.
  • To contact you about your booking and the event.
  • To improve our events and, where you have consented, to tell you about future events.

3. Lawful basis

We process your data to perform our contract with you (your booking), to meet legal obligations, and — for marketing — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run events and payments (such as our payment partner), and where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted.

6. Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner. To exercise these rights, contact us via our contact page.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is, however, completely secure.
